OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated September 28, 2000, and pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of an easement, with respect to a parcel of Crown land at Evans Island, Richmond County, shown outlined in bold line on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Torus Country Lands Inc., a body corporate with a registered office at Port Hawkesbury, for the consideration of $1000.00, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
