Order in Council 216/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 125 of the Long-Term Care Homes Act, 2007 , and

section 291 and

Schedule 7 of the Ontario Regulation 79/10, Edward (Ted) Knight of Parry Sound be reappointed as a part-time member of the Board of Management for the District of Parry Sound West for a period of six months, effective March 25, 2018 to and including September 24, 2018.
