OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated June 25, 2002, pursuant to
Section 11 of
Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (
a) dispose of certain lands containing a total of 0.35 acre, more or less, situate at or near Sandy Point, Shelburne County, and more particularly described in
Schedule "A" as shown outlined in red on
Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (
b) convey the property to the Sandy Point Community Recreation Group of Sandy Point, Shelburne County, for the price of $1,100.00, reserving therefrom a drainage easement to the Province and a 9.3 foot wide right of way providing access to a lighthouse; and (
c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
