Order in Council 526/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Robert Neron was reappointed a part-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a term of three years, effective August 28, 2015, by Order in Council O.C. 807/2015;

And

whereas Robert Neron tendered his resignation effective March 21, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and

section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act , Order in Council O.C. 807/2015 be revoked effective March 21, 2018.
