OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated January 14, 2025, and pursuant to Sections 9 and 10 of
Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act , is pleased to approve the expropriation by His Majesty the King in Right of the Province of Nova Scotia of a ±12 kilometer corridor of land located in Antigonish County, being more particularly described in
Schedule “A” and shown on the plans marked
Schedule “B”, which Schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, the expropriation being for the public purpose of twinning Highway 104 from Taylors Road to Paqtnkek, Antigonish County, Nova Scotia.
