OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated July 17, 2008, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 327 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Ombudsman Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve the reclassification of the position of Executive Assistant (AS 21), Office of the Ombudsman, to Office Manager (MCP 10) effective January 1, 2007; and (

b) amend Order in Council 2008-87, dated March 4, 2008, by repealing

Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of Order in Council 2008-87 and replacing it with

Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of this report and recommendation, effective August 12, 2008.
