OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 27, 2015, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to give approval to the Minister of Natural Resources to:

a) acquire land at MacInnis Island, Inverness County, Nova Scotia, identified in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale as PID 50122506 and outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, from Peter Delaney and Charlotte Alspach, their executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns for a purchase price of $1,240,000 plus any legal, appraisal or survey costs incurred by the Minister in respect of the purchase, subject to the condition that Peter Delaney and Charlotte Alspach, their executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
