OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated March 7, 2003, and pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Doreen Sanderson as a Commissioner for taking affidavits while employed with the Department of Municipal Affairs, which appointment was made pursuant to Order in Council 96-83 dated February 6, 1996; and (

b) appoint Doreen Sanderson of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
