OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Liquor Control Act dated June 18, 2025, and pursuant to

Section 50 of

Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act , is pleased, effective on and after June 26, 2025, to: (

a) repeal the Importing Wine for Personal Use Regulations , N.S. Reg. 267/2015, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2015-211 dated June 23, 2015; and (

b) make new regulations respecting the importation of alcoholic beverages for personal use in the form set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
