Order in Council 215/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 14 (1.1) and 14 (2) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act , Order in Council 1745/2023, appointing Katie DeBlock Boersma of Mitchell as a part-time member and Vice-Chair of the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal, is hereby revoked effective immediately.
