Section of the Guardianship of Children Act, chap- ter of the Revised Statutes, 2011, is amended L’article de la

Loi sur la tutelle des enfants, cha- pitre des Lois révisées de 2011, est modifié (

a) by repealing the definition “parent”;

a) par l’abrogation de la définition « parent »; (

b) in the definition “child” by striking out “, whether born before or after this Act comes into force, and includes a child whose father and mother are not married to one another”.
