OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated July 17, 2002, pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve the issuance of a grant or deed by the Minister of Natural Resources to convey a parcel of Crown land containing an approximate area of 8,500 square metres, situate at St. Peter's, Richmond County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to the Village of St. Peter's, a body corporate pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Government Act, its successors and assigns, for the consideration of approximately $17,000, with the exact amount to be determined by multiplying the value of $2.00 per square metre by the total number of square metres of the parcel of Crown land as determined by survey; and (

b) approve the granting of an easement, approximately 20 metres wide, by the Minister of Natural Resources with respect to Crown land, situate at St. Peter's, Richmond County, and shown outlined in green on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to the Village of St. Peter's, a body corporate pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Government Act, its successors and assigns, for the consideration of $500; and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
