With the advice and consent of the Executive Council of Manitoba, we name
(
a) April 30, 2017, as the day on which The Noxious Weeds Amendment Act (S.M. 2015, c. 38), except
section 6, subsection 25(2), and
section 36 insofar as it enacts clause 40(1)(b), comes into force; and
(
b) December 31, 2017, as the day on which
section 6 of The Noxious Weeds Amendment Act (S.M. 2015, c. 38) comes into force.
Sur l'avis et avec le consentement du Conseil exécutif du Manitoba, nous fixons :
a) au 30 avril 2017 la date d'entrée en vigueur de la Loi modifiant la
Loi sur la destruction des mauvaises herbes , c. 38 des L.M. 2015 , à l'exception de l'article 6, du paragraphe 25(2) et de l'article 36 dans la mesure où il édicte l'alinéa 40(1)b);
