OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated August 31, 2021, and pursuant to

Section 4B of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective August 31, 2021, to: (

a) revoke Order in Council 2021-63 dated February 23, 2021; and (

b) amend clause (

b) of Order in Council 2015-267 dated July 30, 2015 to assign responsibility for the Office of Regulatory Affairs and Service Effectiveness to the Honourable Tim Houston, a Member of the Executive Council.
