OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated May 30, 2012, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to assign supervision of the administration of the Liquor Control Act to the Honourable Maureen MacDonald, a member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister responsible for the Liquor Control Act, effective May 30, 2012.
