OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated August 12, 1998, pursuant to clause 19(

f) of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 97-723 dated November 19, 1997, respecting the exchange of lands between the Province of Nova Scotia and the Municipality of the District of Guysborough, Guysborough County, by adding the clause "or a combination of lands (situate at various locations in the County of Guysborough) and dollars, equivalent to the total market value of the Crown land" after the word "Guysborough" in line 4 of paragraph (

b) of Order in Council 97-723. Crown Lands Act
