Order in Council 1585/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The Minister of the Environment and Climate Change establish three director positions for a proposed climate change adaptation corporation and appoint, by letter, three persons to those positions. Once appointed, the three directors will apply for Letters Patent under the Corporations Act , R.S.O. 1990 c.C.38 to establish the corporation.
