Order in Council 70/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Tony Prevedel was reappointed as full-time member of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective October 8, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 1316/2021;

And

whereas Tony Prevedel died on October 31, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021 , Order in Council O.C. 1316/2021 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
