Order in Council 772/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Algonquin Forestry Authority Act ,

Timothy Withey , of Huntsville

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Algonquin Forestry Authority effective the date of this Order in Council, and ordered to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years, effective the later of June 15, 2025, or the date this Order in Council is made.
