Order in Council 1100/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 375/2017, dated February 15, 2017, Dorothy Cynthia Prince was further reappointed as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of the appointment;

And

whereas Dorothy Cynthia Prince has, in writing, resigned her appointment;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 8(2) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 375/2017, dated February 15, 2017, appointing Dorothy Cynthia Prince as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
