Order in Council 1520/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 37(2) of the Provincial Animal Welfare Services Act, 2019 and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Jeanie Theoharis of Mississauga be appointed as part-time member and Associate Chair of the Animal Care Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Jeanie Theoharis was reappointed as part-time member of the Animal Care Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective August 31, 2019, by Order in Council O.C. 1185/2019;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1185/2019 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
