CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Agricultural Products Market Development Fund Act (Assented to April 26, 1985) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Agricultural Products Market Development Fund Amendment Act, 1985. R.S.S. 1978, c.A-13 The Agricultural Products Market Development Fund Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended The following clause is added after clause 2(a): “department” “(a.1) ‘department’ means the department over which the minister presides”. New

section and Sections and are repealed and the following substituted: Constitution of committee “5 The Market Development Committee is continued consisting of five persons appointed by the minister. Chairman and vice-chairman “6 The minister shall designate one of the persons appointed pursuant to

section as the chairman of the committee and one as its vice-chairman”.

Section amended Subsection 9(1) is amended by striking out “Department of Agriculture” and substituting “department”. REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN Printed by the authority of THE QUEEN’S PRINTER
