Order in Council 906/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 7 of the Capital Investment Plan Act, 1993 ,

James Terry Bender of Grand Bend

is hereby appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Clean Water Agency, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council effective as of June 24, 2023, or the date this OIC is signed, whichever is later, to December 23, 2023.
