OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated March 5, 2002, pursuant to subsections 151(2), 152(2) and 153(1) and (2) of
Chapter 10 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Workers' Compensation Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Elwood Dillman of Hantsport, Hants County, as a member of the Workers' Compensation Board for a term of office of three years commencing April 1, 2002 and ending March 31, 2005; and (
b) determine the remuneration of Elwood Dillman to be at the rate of $150.00 for each day spent in attendance at a meeting of the Board, plus actual and reasonable expenses incurred in the discharge of his duties.
