Order in Council 208/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Carissa Tanzola of Toronto was reappointed as part-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal by Order in Council O.C. 1210/2018.

Ms. Tanzola submitted her resignation effective December 31, 2018.

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 174(1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 , Order in Council O.C. 1210/2018 is revoked effective December 31, 2018.
