OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated March 10, 2011, and pursuant to Sections 4, 16 and 36B of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and

Section 19 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased, effective on March 31, 2011 to: (

a) revoke the designation of Conserve Nova Scotia as a special operating agency, which was approved by Order in Council 2006-443 dated October 17, 2006; (

b) revoke the operating charter of Conserve Nova Scotia, which was approved by Order in Council 2006-443 dated October 17, 2006; and (

c) assign to the Department of Energy the affairs and matters previously assigned to Conserve Nova Scotia under its operating charter.
