Order in Council 875/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Heather Gibbs was reappointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Environmental Review Tribunal for a term of five years, effective February 22, 2013, by Order in Council O.C. 1814/2012;

And

whereas Heather Gibbs was appointed a part-time member of the Ontario Municipal Board for a term of eighteen months, effective March 23, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 412/2016;

And

whereas Heather Gibbs tendered her resignation effective April 18, 2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , subsections 1(2) and 1(4) of the Environmental Review Tribunal Act, 2000 and subsection 5(2) of the Ontario Municipal Board Act , Orders in Council O.C. 1814/2012 and 412/2016 be revoked effective April 18, 2017.
