OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Ministers of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal and Health and Wellness dated August 20, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act , and
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to approve the provision or use of funds by the Minister of Health and Wellness on behalf of the Province in the total amount not to exceed twenty-eight million five hundred and one thousand dollars ($28,501,000) to construct parking for the purposes of the QEII New Generation Project, effective October 30, 2019.
