OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 26, 2003, pursuant to
Section 37 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve Petition No. 36390 and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to issue a certificate, to the parcel of land more particularly shown crosshatched on the plan set forth in
Schedule "A", to the effect that the Crown asserts no interest or claim in or to those lands, containing about 135 acres, more or less, situate in the Loon Lake area, in the County of Cape Breton.
