OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Advanced Education dated May 27, 2024, and pursuant to

Section 5 of

Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1991, the University Foundations Act , is pleased to: (

a) appoint Janice MacNeill of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) and Robert (Ted) Upshaw of Halifax Regional Municipality (Bedford) as members under clause 5(1)(

a) of the University Foundations Act , to the Acadia University Foundation for a term of three (3) years commencing July 4, 2024; and (

b) appoint Oonagh Proudfoot of Coldbrook, Kings County, as a member under clause 5(1)(

b) of the University Foundations Act, to the Acadia University Foundation for a term of three (3) years commencing July 4, 2024.
