B.C. Reg. 368/2006, deposited December 18, 2006, pursuant to the FOREST ACT [Section 169]. Order in Council 932/2006, approved and ordered December 15, 2006.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that B.C. Reg. 73/2003, is amended by striking out "Crown land within the Duu Guusd Designated Area, shown outlined in heavy black on the attached map, is specified as a designated area under

section 169 of the Forest Act , for a period ending December 31, 2006" and substituting "Crown land outlined in heavy black and shaded grey on the map on file with the Corporate Information Services Branch of the Ministry of Agriculture and Lands with the file name QCI_PT13_DG_20061129 is specified as the Duu Guusd Designated Area under

section 169 of the Forest Act for the period ending December 31, 2008".
