Order in Council 773/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 4(2) and 4(3) of the Representation Act, 2015 ,

The members of the Far North Electoral Boundaries Commission who are eligible to receive remuneration as determined by the Lieutenant Governor in Council shall be compensated at the rate of $398 per diem.

All members shall be reimbursed for work-related expenses incurred while engaged in the business of the Far North Electoral Boundaries Commission in accordance with the Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive and any other TB/MBC directives.
