OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated June 10, 1999, pursuant to subsections 14(1) and (2) of
Chapter 140 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Elections Act, is pleased to: (
a) accept the resignation and revoke the appointment of Michael J. Mackin of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Halifax Citadel, effective September 16, 1998; and (
b) appoint Robert Dambergs of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Halifax Citadel effective June 18, 1999.
