Order in Council 746/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 1697/2020 dated December 10, 2020 that appointed Stephen D’Souza of York as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Respiratory Therapists of Ontario under the Respiratory Therapy Act, 1991, be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
