a) section of the Forest Statutes Amendment Act, 1999, S.B.C. 1999, c. 34 is brought into force by this regulation, and (

b) section of the Allowable Annual Cut Proportionate Reduction Regulation, B.C. Reg. 156/94, is amended by striking out "sections and of the Forest Act" and substituting "sections 63, 173 and of the Forest Act". Minister of Forests (This
