OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated July 21, 2015, and pursuant to clause 5(1)(
b) of
Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1991, the University Foundations Act , is pleased to: (
a) appoint Arthur Robert Sampson of Cape Breton Regional Municipality (Sydney) as a member of the Cape Breton University Foundation for a term of 3 years commencing September 1, 2015; and (
b) appoint Mark Shannon of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as a member of the Cape Breton University Foundation for a term of 3 years commencing September 1, 2015.
