OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated August 30, 2024, and pursuant to Sections 3 and 5 of

Chapter 238 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Court Act, is pleased, effective on and after September 6, 2024, to appoint Ian Hutchison of Halifax, Nova Scotia and James Van Wart of Halifax, Nova Scotia, barristers of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia of at least five years standing, to be Judges of the Provincial Court for the Judicial District of the Province of Nova Scotia.
