B.C. Reg. 209/2018 , deposited October 5, 2018, under the PARK ACT [section 29] and the ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT ACT [section 119]. Order in Council 531/2018, approved and ordered October 5, 2018.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective October 17, 2018,

(

a) section 56 of the Park, Conservancy and Recreation Area Regulation, B.C. Reg. 180/90, is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(d.1) Cannabis Control and Licensing Act ; , and

(b)

section 1 (2) of the Conservation Officer Service Authority Regulation, B.C. Reg. 318/2004, is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(e.1) sections 65 (1) (

a) and (

b) and (2), 67, 73 (1) and (2), 74 (1), 78 (1), 81 (1) and 102 (4) of the Cannabis Control and Licensing Act ; .
