OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated November 15, 2000, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Marla Gaudet of Antigonish, Antigonish County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Department of Community Services, which appointment was made by Order in Council 92-432 dated April 22, 1992; and (

b) appoint Marla Gaudet of Antigonish, Antigonish County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with St. Francis Xavier University.
