B.C. Reg. 126/2005, deposited March 18, 2005, pursuant to the OFFENCE ACT [Section 132]. Order in Council 219/2005, approved and ordered March 17, 2005.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective March 31, 2005, the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix.

Appendix

Schedule 1 of the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended

(

a) in Column 2 of item 1 by adding the following paragraph after the heading "Every provision of the following enactments:":

and regulations made under the

Wildfire Act

(

b) in Column 2 of item 10 by adding the following paragraph after the heading "The provisions, referred to in Column 1 of

Schedule 2, of the following enactments:":

c) by striking out item 18 and substituting the following:

A person designated as an official under

section 1 of the

(

a) Forest Practices Code of British Columbia Act ,

(

b) Forest and Range Practices Act , or

The provisions, referred to in Column 1 of

Schedule 2 or 4, of the following enactments:

(

a) Forest Practices Code of British Columbia Act and the regulations made under the

(

Forest and

Range Practices Act

(

Schedule 2 is amended by repealing

(

a) the heading " Forest Practices Code of British Columbia Act " and all the items under it, and

(

b) the heading "Forest Fire Prevention and Suppression Regulation, B.C. Reg. 169/95" and all the items under it.
