Section of the Building Code Administration Act,

chapter of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2020, is amended by repealing the definition “court” and sub- stituting the following: 1 L’article de la

chapitre des Lois du Nouveau- Brunswick de 2020, est modifié par l’abrogation de la définition de « cour » et son remplacement par ce qui suit : “court” means the Provincial Court of New Bruns- wick, and includes any judge of that court. Section of the Act is amended L’article de la Loi est modifié (

a) in subsection (1) by striking out “for a period of 12 months after the commencement of this sec- tion” and substituting “until December 31, 2022”;

b) in subsection (2) by striking out “within 12 months after the commencement of this section” and substituting “on or after January 1, 2023”.
