Order in Council 1641/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Metrolinx Act, 2006 , S.O. 2006, c. 16, Tony Marquis, of Barrie, be re-appointed as a member of the Board of Metrolinx to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding six months, effective the later of December 15, 2025 and the date this Order is made.
