OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated May 26, 2008, and pursuant to
Section 163B of
Chapter 293 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Motor Vehicle Act, is pleased to make new regulations defining "contest", "race" and "stunt" for the purpose of subsection 163(1) of the Motor Vehicle Act, in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after June 1, 2008.
