Section 9 of
Chapter 315 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Nova Scotia Museum Act and
Section 7 of
Chapter 425 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Sherbrooke Restoration Commission Act, is pleased to approve By-Law No. 10 made by the Nova Scotia Museum Board of Governors by resolution dated June 18, 2010, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
