OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated February 18, 2000, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Albert C. White of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed as the Court Clerk with the Military Police, CFB Halifax, which appointment was made by Order in Council 90-1481 dated December 18, 1990; and (

b) appoint Albert C. White of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits, while employed with the Canadian Corps of Commissionaires, Nova Scotia Division.
