OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated November 14, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 21 of

Chapter 27 of the Acts of 2000, the Employment Support and Income Assistance Act , is pleased to amend the Employment Support and Income Assistance Regulations , N.S. Reg. 25/2001, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2001-138 dated March 23, 2001, to eliminate extended pharmacare and to clarify the grandfathered benefits available to those in receipt of family benefits as of July 31, 2001, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after December 15, 2014.
