B.C. Reg. 231/2011 , deposited December 14, 2011, pursuant to the CONTINUING CARE ACT [section 6] and the HOSPITAL INSURANCE ACT [section 29 (3)]. Order in Council 628/2011, approved and ordered December 13, 2011.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective February 1, 2012,

Section 5 of the Continuing Care Fees Regulation, B.C. Reg. 330/97, is amended as follows:

(

a) in subsection (1) (

a) and (

b) by striking out " $1 375, " and substituting " $1 625, ",

(

b) in subsections (1) (

b) and (3) (

b) by striking out " $275 " and substituting " $325 ",

(

c) in subsection (2) by striking out " January 1, 2012, " and substituting " February 1, 2012, ", and

(

d) in subsection (3) (

b) by striking out " January 1, 2011, " and substituting " February 1, 2012, ".

Section 8.4 of the Hospital Insurance Act Regulations, B.C. Reg. 25/61, is amended as follows:

(

a) in subsection (1) (

a) and (

b) by striking out " $1 375, " and substituting " $1 625, ",

(

b) in subsections (1) (

b) and (3) (

b) by striking out " $275 " and substituting " $325 ",

(

c) in subsection (2) by striking out " January 1, 2012, " and substituting " February 1, 2012, ", and

(

d) in subsection (3) (

b) by striking out " January 1, 2011, " and substituting " February 1, 2012, ".
