OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated December 5, 2006, pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve the issuance of leases by the Minister of Natural Resources of parcels of Crown land containing one (1) acre, more or less, situate within the Counties of Digby, Yarmouth and Shelburne to those individuals, their heirs, successors, and permitted assigns, who sign one of the two Campsite Lease Retirement Agreements, for the purpose of hunting and fishing camps or other like purpose only; (

i) to be subject to the Campsite Lease Policy or any revisions thereof, attached as

Schedule "C"; (ii) to be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in

Schedule "D"; and (iii) to be in the form attached as

Schedule "E" or to like effect, all Schedules attached to and forming part of this Report and Recommendation; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
