Order in Council 1359/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 10(1) of the Pesticides Act,

Ana Gaina of the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Pesticides Advisory Committee to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from September 25, 2016.

[Ana Gaina’s appointment by Order in Council 1377/2013 expires September 24, 2016.]
