OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated February 4, 2000, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Lloyd A. Anderson of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits while employed with the Continental Insurance Management Ltd., which appointment was made by Order in Council 88-1296 dated November 29, 1988, and amended by Order in Council 89-453 dated April 25, 1989; and (

b) appoint Lloyd Allen Anderson of Bedford, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits for a term to expire February 28, 2005.
